For those in the Houston area, The Woodlands community has units available in a variety of sizes. Located at 5432 FM 1488, this community hosts monthly Garages & Gearheads car shows the fourth Saturday of every month.

Frisco PHASE II – Available now
Our new Frisco Community, located at 11101 Frisco Street, just opened in April and the garages are move-in ready. Our first garage community in Frisco sold out quickly, and we expect the same for this one.

The additional nine units being built in our Allen community are well underway and are scheduled to be completed before the end of the year. The garages are conveniently located at 2137 Chelsea Blvd in Allen, just off 75 and Stacy Road.

CARROLLTON PHASE II – NOW AVAILABLE
This new community of 67 garages and six flex office warehouse spaces is located at 2328 Marsh Lane in Carrollton, right next to our first Carrollton development. This is the first of our garage communities to include the exciting P1 Motor Lounge, where members will gather to socialize and enjoy the many benefits of the concierge services and social events offered.

Construction is now underway at our newest community located in the Firewheel area of Garland, just off the President George Bush Highway and Garland Ave. The development features 71 luxury garages and 10 flex office warehouse units and is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.
