Bob Schlossin, owner of North Texas Shade, turned his garage condo into the ultimate man cave—complete with a KTM-inspired motorcycle setup, mezzanine lounge, and hidden storage. It’s a functional space where business meets play, and as Bob says, “You’ve got to see it to believe it.”

Welcome to the Neon Garage at Garages of America, where for Dennis Dehn, life after retirement shifted into high gear. What began as a blank slate became a community filled with car lovers, birthday parties, loud music, and the freedom to build something personal and lasting.

What started as a chance stop-in turned into one of the best decisions I’ve made. I chose to create a dedicated, secure space where I could enjoy my cars, bikes, and collections whenever I wanted. It’s become my personal retreat—like going to the gym, but way more fun.

Anjan Shannoy, a Porsche enthusiast and audiophile originally from Mumbai, is excited to be part of Phase Two at Garages of America in Carrollton. With a background in software startups and a passion for classic cars, motorcycles, and Legos with his daughters, Anjan is creating a unique, family-friendly garage space that blends function, fun, and community.

James Iley transformed two adjoining units at Garages of America into a stunning custom garage space, complete with a tandem drive-through, purple cabinetry, a bar for entertaining, and multiple flat-screen TVs for watching sports and races. Featuring his personally spec’d Ferraris—including a 2021 Ferrari F8 Tributo and a 2022 812 GTS—the space balances luxury storage with social gatherings, charity events, and cigar nights. James and his wife love opening their garage to friends and guests, sharing their passion for cars and community.
