Hello, I’m James Iley. Welcome to my garage. This is two units, and we had a wall that separated just under the mezzanine. We knew that we had a certain number of cars and a certain number of elements that we wanted to store in the garage, so we needed X amount of space. And I really liked that I could open up both doors on each end, and I could drive the car straight through with a tandem drive-through.

The cars, I think, show well, but it also gives me ample space to entertain and have people come through. I was in the mortgage industry for 30-plus years and did very well. You know, want to be able to pay that forward if we have the opportunity to do so. That’s why my wife is a full-time volunteer and on the board of multiple charities. I also sit on the board of several charities. You continue to give back, and you continue to be blessed in the same vein.

We have a cigar group that we’re involved in. We’ll have a Super Bowl hosting party a lot of times. We’ll certainly have some of the races on. We’ll have a lot of soccer games and have people come up. We incorporated things like the purple cabinets upstairs because that’s my favorite color. Also some of the artwork that we thought would complement the cars. We put the bar in so that it would be a nice, entertaining seating area and multiple flat-screen TVs so that we could watch different games and events up here.

We’re blessed to have it and we’re very proud of it. And so, we enjoy having people come up and entertaining.

As you can see in the garage, we have multiple different makes and models and we’ve had many, many others over the years. The red Ferrari is one that I built out and spec’d out from the factory–it is a 2021 Ferrari F8 Tributo. And then the white Ferrari is a 2022 812 GTS, which was my wife’s spec that she had built out. These were the 12th and 13th Ferraris that we’ve had over the years. And they were also the first two that we were ever able to get from the factory that we spec’d out and were able to buy new. I think we’re in the absolute right place for us. We just enjoy being able to open it up and have other people come through and be able to use it with us. We love to share.
